Characteristics

• For each R$ of top-up credit, the customer gets an equal amount of bonus call minutes, to use for calling TIM customers / local fixed lines
• Every month the customers get a further bonus as long as they top-up their credit
• The call traffic bonus is valid for 30 days

• Gives TIM Brasil’s most loyal customers a special call traffic bonus
• Strengthens customers’ sense of belonging, an important point with the introduction of Number Portability (moving to another operator)

Characteristics

• The zero rate is valid for up to 500 min/month for local calls to TIM Brasil mobile phone numbers.
• The promotion is valid for 6 months from activation, and unused bonus credit cannot be carried over to the next month
• 200 min of call time available to fixed numbers

• The promotion is aimed at encouraging calls within the network and reinforcing the concept of belonging to the TIM Brasil community
